“Grace”, “Isabel”, or “Grisabel”

We end the week with our benchmarks of Grace and Isabel. Theses two WODs are essentially pick it up and put it down (with good form) as fast as possible. It’s a sprint of sorts if you can last all 30 reps. For us mere mortals, we will have a pace/strategy in mind to get us through the last 15 reps. If you’re really up for it, give Grisabel a try and combine them for an even spicier WOD!!

Skill/Drills:

20 minutes of skill work focusing on the power position (#4), the take-off (#5), high pull (#6), and turnover or front rack delivery (#7) for each of the respective movements.

30 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

“Isabel”
30 Snatches (135/95)

“Grisabel”
30 Snatches and Clean & Jerks (135/95) alternating each movement
