We end the week with our benchmarks of Grace and Isabel. Theses two WODs are essentially pick it up and put it down (with good form) as fast as possible. It’s a sprint of sorts if you can last all 30 reps. For us mere mortals, we will have a pace/strategy in mind to get us through the last 15 reps. If you’re really up for it, give Grisabel a try and combine them for an even spicier WOD!!
