Hairy Snatches

This week we start with a snatch complex to get things going. Much like last week’s clean complex, we’ll snatch pull first to get us primed to snatch and then overhead squat. Focus on technique before loading weight.

In the metcon, our snatches and burpees descend while the row ascends. Focus on getting full extension in your hips as the bar comes up before pulling under the bar. Getting through the burpees and rows is all about cardio and can make the snatches hairy in the later rounds 🙂
