Happy Birthday To Me :)

Yes…it’s my birthday and it’s your lucky day to celebrate me (LOL). I made this workout when visiting my parents in Florida one Christmas. They have no equipment but I wanted to create something that was “Murph”-like, so I came up with this. It basically breaks the burpee into its component parts (the pushup and the squat) with burpees in the middle. I mean, what would a “Burpee Day” be without a boatload of burpees, right?!

100 Pushups
100 Burpees
