If you weren’t able to make it yesterday to do the CrossFit Total, today is your day. If you were able to make it, then we are going to test our 1RM bench press since this last strength cycle focused on that lift for our upper body strength. Just like yesterday, warm up properly and then perform your best 3 lifts.
Our metcon is an ode to Mark turning 33 today. So if you don’t like it, blame him (LOL).
