With the second round of the Open around the corner, we are going to start gearing up for things we might see over that 5 week test. Overhead lunges and DB snatches have been thrown in the mix so get familiar with the movements.
The deadlifts today are heavy so focusing on form is going to be even more paramount. Remember to send your hips back first and then bend your knees once the bar passes them.
The metcon is geared towards strengthening the posterior chain we worked in the deadlifts.
