Today’s chipper will test your midline stability not once but three times. Thrusters and box jump-overs get your legs ready for the second round of lunging while the toes-to-bar and SDLHP will get your midline ready for the final lunge. Remember to keep good form on your thrusters and SDLHPs as technique will makes these moves more efficient (read “easier”).

50′ Front Rack Lunge (95/65)
25 Thrusters
50 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)
50′ Front Rack Lunge
