Hold It Up, Pull It Down

The box squat adds strength in the hardest point in the squat – the sticking point. Focus on driving up off of the box with speed and accelerate through to the top.

The metcon today should be quick and done under 10 minutes. If you’re taking any longer, then you’re missing the point. Keep the intensity high but focus on the mechanics of the OHS. Try to go unbroken on the slamballs and finish strong.
