“Holleyman”

If your jaw dropped when you saw today’s WOD, you’re not the only one. “Holleyman” is grinder of a Hero WOD but luckily the rep scheme isn’t too hard to require long breaks. This is a workout where your time will depend on how long you take on transitions. Anyone can do 5 wallballs. Anyone can do 3 HSPU (scaled as well). And anyone can do 1 power clean. So the WOD really comes down to how long you stand around between movements. Keep the breaks short because you only have 45min to get it done.
