Annnnd we’ve made it to the weekend. Hopefully you all are doing well and enjoying these home workouts that we are bringing to you daily.

Today’s workout is brought to you by “coach” Amy (so complain to her if you don’t like it :)). Make sure when you’re dong those squat tuck jumps and walking lunges that you pronounce her name loud and clear. Make her feel the Heretic love and thank her for your current state of misery. LOL

Conditioning:

10 Burpees
20 Hand-release Pushups
30 Squat Tuck Jumps
40 Walking Lunge Steps
50 V-ups
40 Walking Lunge Steps
30 Squat Tuck Jumps
20 Hand-release Pushups
10 Burpees
