Today we start with some accessory work to focus on the our core muscles and stabilizers. Perform these with intention meaning don’t just blow through them. Make sure you’re doing them well, not just doing them.

In our metcon, we focus on toes-to-bars and snatches with double-unders as a “break”. This is a slightly faster paced AMRAP so move quickly through the initial rounds. Once you crest the 10 rep barrier, things will slow down significantly so plan accordingly.

25 Shoot-thrus
100 Hollow Rocks
