How Much You Max?!

Today’s WOD is all about maxing out. From the 500m Time Trial row to the unbroken air squats, we want to see how much ya got. These tests are supposed to be all-out efforts so leave noting in the tank for each one. Work the entire time taking as little rest as possible and really see what you’re made of. Good luck.
