Continuing our deload week, we have back squats for our strength portion today. Since the weight is light, your form should be near perfect. Really focus on keeping you chest tall, arching your back at the bottom. Drive your knees out towards you pinky toes on the way down AND back up.
During the metcon, the snatches will go much faster than the burpees having you say “I need more snatches”. Your wish can be granted but I think that would be best left for another WOD 🙂
