Front squats are an integral part of the Olympic lifts. It IS how you get out of the bottom of your squat in a clean so it behooves us to train this movement. Keep your elbows and chest up and be consistent with your squat mechanics.

For the metcon today, YES..it is an AMRAP disguised as a “for time” WOD. Get through the 18 reps (9-6-3) and start back over at 9 until time is called. Be careful not to waste energy on missed reps, especially on the MUs. Time will go quick, so make each rep count.
