Today begins with a 1 mile run TT to warm up the ole’ legs for the triple blaster that follows (LOL). This IS a leaderboard test so don’t slack off just to “save yourself” for our other leaderboard test – the Intro WOD. You’ll have plenty of time to get ready for that so push for a PR on the mile and see what you get.

The meat and potatoes of today comes with 3 descending time AMRAPS, the first of which is our infamous Intro WOD. This is also a Leaderboard WOD so do your best and score well.
