We end the week with some good ole’ deadlifts for our strength portion and a great 3 round metcon to send you into the weekend ready for anything. Remember to keep your form perfect when executing your deadlifts and stay tight throughout the movement.
In the metcon, we’ll start on one side of the box, lunge to the other, perform your DB snatches and then lunge back to complete the round with a second row. As much as you’d like to be done after the second lunge, the row will always be waiting 🙂
