Holds build isometric strength that help build ligament and tendon strength for lifting larger loads. Carries help build grip strength and overall posture.

Hit the metcon hard today as these moves don’t really overlap so you should be “fresh” for each set. Pretend you’re a Jack in the box and jump high!!

2x400m Farmer’s Carry, AHAP
2min Overhead Hold, AHAP

Conditioning:

5 Muscle-Ups
10 GHD Sit-ups
15 Squat Tuck Jumps
