Today’s WOD is a “fun” chipper that builds as you progress. Focus on your movement patterns in the handstand pushups and burpees to be as efficient as possible. Losing power in these moves not only makes them harder, it also wears you down faster. In the snatches, accelerate the bar once it passes your knees up into your hips. Get your hips open and then back as fast as possible to create power on the bar so you can get under it. Punch the ceiling in the turnover and hit lockout in the catch.
