Just Do It

“Just Do It” is something you’ll be repeating throughout this WOD. As fatigue sets in and your mind starts to wonder, “JDI” will become the theme to help keep you on track. Take the first run as good warmup run to prepare your arms and abs for the swings and T2B. As you move through the reps, make sure you’re doing them in manageable sets (whatever that is for you). Try to keep rest periods short and only to whats needed (yes, you’ll want more). And keep taking small bites off the elephant.
