Just The Pull

I hope you’re ready for today’s heavy squats even after yesterday’s Hero WODs. Take a few extra sets to warm up to your starting weight especially if you’re a little sore from yesterday. Stay focused during these lifts and push hard. The last set is a max effort set so make sure you’re mentally ready before taking the bar off the rack.

Our metcon is a bit of a shoulder smoker. SDLHP will get those delts fired up and the DUs will help finish them off (LOL). Remember, we’re here to pump…you up!

Back Squats: 5-3-1-1* @ 70% – 85% respectivley

Conditioning:

21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
SDLHP (95/65)
*20 DUs after each round
