It’s Leg Day baby!!! Ok, well not exactly as you would think but after “Karen” you’re sure to be walking funny for a few days. This benchmark WOD is a great test of finding the pain cave and busting through. This is also as mental as it is physical knowing that when you hit 100, you still have 50 left to go (LOL).

One thing that will make this suck a little less is your mechanics. Proper front squat mechanics is going to help you maintain a more efficient movement pattern and get’r dun fast.
