Are you ready to start our benchmark cycle?! I hope so because here comes “Kelly”!!! Don’t cry. It’s ok…she’s gonna kick your ass today. 🙂 This beast of a WOD is nothing but a leg blaster with 1.25 miles of running and 150 wallballs and box jumps each. They could’ve called it “Karen on Steroids” but then people would be talking about how CrossFitters use steroids (eye roll emoji). Anywhoo, this one is a great grinder so make sure you pace yourself and don’t burn out on round 3!
