We finish the week with some upper body strength work starting off with shoulder presses. This should be a challenging percentage of your 1RM that you can perform 5 reps for all 5 sets. If you fail on a set, consider going down in percentage and finish out the sets with that weight.
The metcon is “Diane”-esque with its handstand pushups and deadlift combo. However, we kicked it up a notch with slightly heavier weights and made this an AMRAP.
