Come on out for a fun-filled WOD to use your fitness in various obstacles as you make your way around the gym. Jump, crawl, swing, or throw at each station to avoid the penalty and then make your way back out the door for a little “breather”. This is sure to be fun so be ready to have a smile on your face as you leave to enjoy your Labor Day.

Conditioning:

Compete as many rounds and reps of the obstacle course as you can in 30 minutes.
