After all the pulling in 18.3, today we’re going to do a little pushing. Starting with the floor press on strength and adding in pushups in the metcon. The floor press is a great alternative to bench press when equipment is limited. The limited ROM is also great for people with shoulder issues as the range isn’t as deep as a bench press. Go as heavy as possible today and build that upper body strength.
The goal time for the metcon today should be under 15min.
