Today we have a great complex of power cleans and jerks (any style). Keep your deadlift off the floor slow but deliberate and then accelerate as you get the bar over your knees. Hit the top extension and pull yourself under the bar. In the jerks, push yourself down and punch the ceiling as you reach lockout.
Taking a page out of the Regionals playbook, we have box step-overs in our metcon combined with T2B and rowing. This should be a fun triplet that’ll test your core and grip strength.
