After yesterday’s obstacle course, it ‘s time to get back to some lifting. Overhead squats are what’s served for today’s strength portion and we’re going as heavy as possible for sets of 5 reps. Remember to keep your core braced as you lower into your squat and keep pushing up on the bar with active shoulders.
In the metcon, use a weight that you can cycle through the movements quickly as this WOD is meant to be short and sweet.
