This week, we get back to our strength cycle with some upper body focused work today. The single-arm presses today are done with just a single DB or KB. Not counter balance with another bell. Keep your core tight and press to full extension.
The metcon is a quick couplet that’ll seem to last forever. Do all push presses unbroken and try to do the same for the T2B.
