Nancy is a great WOD to test how well you can perform a moderate skill move while under stress. Can you still have proper squat mechanics on your fifth round as you did on your first? Can you still maintain proper overhead position as your shoulders get tired? Can you still push the runs when your body is telling you it’s tired and to “just take this round easy”?

Well, Nancy will give you those answers real quick. Attack rounds 1&2, maintain your pace for round 3&4 and finish strong on the 5th.
