We end the week with deadlifting for our strength and a “quick” little metcon that is sure to get your heart pumping.
The deadlifts are heavy today so make sure you pay attention to form. Fill your belly with air before you lift and keep your core tight. Use your hamstrings and glutes to lift, not your lower back.
In the metcon, run hard but not all out. The power cleans should be light enough to cycle yet heavy enough to give you a good stimulus. Annnnd burpees are burpees 🙂
