We end the week with some skill work on the snatch. The 3-position snatch is always a favorite when doing this Oly lift as you learn to groove the movement patterns. Hitting each position reinforces where you need to be throughout the movement as a whole.

We work the overhead squat in the metcon as an accessory movement to the snatch. Getting good at overhead squatting will make your full snatch feel that much easier. No worming/sagging/snaking on the pushups today so stay tight and push!!


In 20min, work to a heavy complex: 3-Position Snatch (high hang, knees, floor)


AMRAP in 8min:
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Pushups
