Today is the day to test just how far you’ve come on your Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We’ve been hitting these lifts (or components of them) for quite a few weeks now so the time has come to see what you’ve got. Starting with the snatch, you’ll have 20 minutes during each lift to find a new 1RM. Don’t be afraid to go heavy to day and get under the bar. Today is your day to shine and hit some new numbers for training as we move forward. Good Luck!!!
