Today we start with some heavy Oly lifting finding a 1RM Power Snatch for the day. Make sure as the weight gets heavier to use your technique and get lower and lower to catch the weight overhead. If you fail and have to go to a full snatch, then so be it. But stick with the technique to ensure proper movement patterns.
Our metcon is a nice couplet of DU and power snatches. Strategy plays a big role in this one so make sure you have a game plan going in and try to stick to it.
