Today we start with getting strong legs. The back squat is king when it comes to overall body development of strength and it’s on the appetizer menu today.

We then switch gears to our metcon – Open WOD 13.2. A semi-quick AMRAP of shoulder-to-overhead, deadlifts and box jumps. The key to this workout is to go from one movement right into the next without letting go of the bar. Then start stepping/jumping keeping a pace you can sustain. Remember, it’ll only last 10 minutes so get after it!!!

Strength:

Back Squat: 5×5 @ 60-80%

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 S2OH (115/75)
10 Deadlifts (115/75)
15 Box jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
