Heavy back squats are on the menu for today’s appetizer as we work up to 90% of our 1RM. As always, form becomes paramount as we approach our max. At the top percentages, your chest will want to dip down at the bottom. Keep driving up through the bar to keep your chest up and get through your sticking point.
The main course for today is Open WOD 14.4. A chipper of descending reps across 5 movements is sure to test your stamina like no other. Pacing will be key so make sure yours is on point.
