THE OPEN IS HERE!!! and boy do we get started with a long AMRAP. 20 minutes to be exact and with a new move (the DB Hang C&J). This triplet is sure to test your unilateral strength as you must perform 5 C&J on the left and 5 C&J on the right. Hitting these movements without alternating each rep is sure to fatigue one side faster than the other so focusing on the jerk technique will prove helpful. Watch your pace on the row and don’t blast yourself for later rounds.
