This week we have quite the interesting WOD as the WOD itself is “for time” with a 12min time cap. IF you get done with the first part within the time cap, use the remaining time to find a 1RM Clean. Be careful not to blast yourself on the burpees as this WOD will get harder as the rep scheme climbs. Get through the first 7 rounds as quickly as possible because rounds 8-10 make up half the reps. Give yourself a minute before attempting your first clean with a starting weight @ 70% of your 1RM.
