Open WOD 18.3 is the chipper of old. This is a WOD that is all about the double-unders and how fast you can get through them and much you can control your heart rate. It’s also a shoulder blaster as all these moves tax your shoulders from different angles. Just from the constant tension from the DUs will be enough to fry them out let alone the OHS, MU (ring and bar) and DB Snatches. This will truly be a test of how much can you push yourself to new heights in the Open.
