The final Open WOD is here!! And true to form, we have our repeat WOD for this Open. 11.6/12.5/18.5 is an ascending ladder (a Fran ladder, if you will) of thrusters and C2B pull-ups that increase by 3 reps every round. If you’ve done any kind of ladder before, you know the first few rounds are quite easy. Then out of nowhere, the WOD gets exponentially hard and it’s like someone put bricks in your shoes or added weight to the bar. Reserving energy at the start will be smart for the later rounds.
