And the fun continues with this repeat of 16.2!! If your recall, you had to really watch your pacing on this one because you only 4 minutes for each round. Well, this year is really no different except that you now have 8 minutes to complete the first 2 rounds with additional minutes being “awarded” for completing the extra work. Strategy will play into this one a lot if you want to get to the later rounds so make sure you have a game plan before starting.

Conditioning:
