Well, well, well!!! It’s finally here and in keeping with tradition, the final workout of the 2019 CrossFit Open is a good ole reliable of thrusters and chest-to-bar pull-ups. This time, however, Dave Castro has kicked it up a notch Emeril style and has added a new rep scheme to make us suffer that much more. In years past, the highest rep scheme we’ve seen was a round of 27. This year, we’re going to infinity and beyond with the starting reps at 33!! Can you say “Owie”??? 🙂

Conditioning:

Open WOD 19.5
33-27-21-15-9 reps for time of:
Thrusters (95/65)
Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Time cap: 20 minutes

Open WOD 19.5 Sclaed
33-27-21-15-9 reps for time of:
Thrusters (65/45)
Jumping Pull-ups
