If you’re like me, most of the leftovers are almost gone. You’ve filled your belly for countless days and now you’re going “it’s time to get back to work.” Well…we have a great WOD for you today and it begins with some heavy deadlifting. We’re going sumo-style so keep your back tight and chest up.
In the metcon, ring dips and SDLHP are accompanied by bar-facing burpees for that extra special punch to the WOD. Just remember, once you pass the round of 7, you’re over half way done 🙂
