Presses and Dubs

What can I say, even I’m spent after yesterday’s WOD (LOL). Today we start with banded push presses to work on bar speed with lighter loads. The idea is to keep accelerating the bar up against resistance and don’t let the bar slow down. Keep your midline stable and use your legs to drive the bar off your shoulders.

The metcon is relatively short so don’t waste time fooling around with your rope. Use weight that you can do the push presses unbroken and remember to breathe on the DUs.
