I hope you all had a great Memorial Day Weekend as we celebrated the usual way with “Murph”. We had a great turnout as you saw from FB and everyone did awesome.
Today, we’re taking it a little slower and giving our bodies a break for minute. This is our deload week so lifting and the WODs will be on the shorter side. Starting with some core accessory work, focus on getting all the work done. The metcon will not be for time, rather for quality of movement. So make sure you focus extra on form.
