Our strength work today features a complex of 1 clean and 2 jerks. Technique is going to be key in this complex to really open your hips and pull and push under the bar. Remember, the power position is to create power for you to get under the bar, not pull the bar up or push it over your head.
The metcon has rowing bookends with DB clean & jerks and deadlifts sandwiched in between. Keep in mind to scale the weight and movements accordingly (if needed) to keep this WOD under 10min. Good luck!
