We end the week with some Oly work with 3 snatch-grip push presses behind the neck + 1 overhead squat. Go as heavy as you can while maintaining good form on your OHS. Use your knees as shock absorbers when lowering the weight down and remember to be aggressive with your leg drive in the push press.
In the metcon, focus on your starting position for the snatch as that will set you up for good form. Keep your chest high and get tall before pulling under the bar.
