Today we’re taking a break from the heavy lifting and focusing on the technique and progression of the snatch. Snatch pulls work on the first and second pull in the snatch and gets us ready for the full snatch. Accelerating into the power position is key with this exercise. Progress that into the snatch and then perform 2 OHS.
In the metcon, we are doing full snatches so break these into singles and focus on doing each one perfectly. The rep scheme is a sprint so move well…quickly 🙂
