We hope you all had an enjoyable snow day yesterday and have dug yourself out. Today we can use our metcon as a quick recovery WOD to work out those “stuck inside” stir crazy blues. Keep your elbows high on the SDLHP and don’t stop on the slamballs. If you’re scaling the MU, try to transition quickly to keep the intensity high.
But first, we start with an EMOM of back squats. We’re going to be focusing on moving weight swiftly to get prepped for the Open so choose your weight accordingly.
