Today we take a break from the individual training and team up with a partner to share the misery. High rep shoulder presses are not only a great way to build strength but since we’re not going super heavy, they’re easy on the joints.
In the metcon, each partner performs the WOD until you have done all 5 rounds. Focus on your technique on the power snatches exploding up and pulling down under the bar. Have fun with this one because you’re finally not alone. 🙂
