Natalie has been Crossfitting for over five years now and has been coaching CrossFit for a little over four. She applies her diverse set of skills and passion in working with adults and children. Utilizing her dance and theater background, she finds creative and educational ways to make fitness fun, safe, and effective for any age group. She also organizes charity events to help raise money for local and national organizations to help support their cause.
She is a certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds Level 1, Mobility, and CrossFit Kids certifications from CrossFit. She also has her bachelors degree in Acting and Interdisciplinary Studies. In her spare time she can be found playing with her daughter, Molly, or just hanging out with her husband. Aside from CrossFit, she has a passion for powerlifting and has competed on the state level.
