Today we’re focusing on the split jerk. This is the second move in the Clean AND JERK and mastering the split jerk will help you succeed with heavier weights. One thing that I see a lot is no commitment to the split. It turns out to be more of a half lunge. So when doing this movement, be fast, be aggressive, and COMMIT TO THE SPLIT!

In the metcon, you can practice your split jerk and focus on getting down. Push the run like a sprint and through these 5 rounds.
